Website Terms
Effective 19 August 2026 · Public corporate website
These terms apply to use of the public UmiPort corporate website. They are not the final subscription or service terms for the future authenticated UmiPort SaaS application.
Website purpose
The website provides information about UmiPort’s planned commerce-to-accounting integration and reconciliation platform, launch scope and early-access program. Product descriptions may evolve before general availability.
No accounting or tax advice
Website content describes software workflows and is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Users remain responsible for their accounting policies, tax treatment, ledger structure, filings and professional advice.
Intellectual property
UmiPort website content, design elements and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify intended integrations or interoperability.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, submit malicious content, probe systems without permission or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep website information accurate, but pre-release capabilities, timelines and connector details may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
Third-party services
References to Amazon Seller Central, TallyPrime, Zoho Books or other systems do not imply endorsement by those companies unless expressly stated. Production integrations depend on third-party APIs, permissions and policies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis and UmiPort is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on pre-release website information.
Changes
These website terms may be updated as UmiPort approaches commercial launch. Separate service terms will govern the authenticated SaaS product.
